Ever wanted to learn to cook, or are just bored serving up the same old dishes? Here is your chance to shine! Come and learn to cook delicious, nutritious dishes from scratch, using no chemicals, additives, preservatives, artificial colours/flavours or any nasties at all. Learn to cook using real, fresh produce, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, chicken, olive oil, eggs, cheese, herbs and the like. Create basic dishes, or take them to the next level. Join me in either a tutorial style or hand's on cooking demonstration, it's up to you! You choose your level of involvement. Classes are $20 for 1 hour, $25 for 1.5 hours, held during school terms. You get to take the food home with you too, to test it out on the family before cooking it yourself!
